Merger between DNB Fund Brighter Future and DNB Fund Asian Mid Cap

The Board of DNB Fund SICAV has decided to carry out a merger in which DNB Fund Brighter Future merges into DNB Fund Asian Mid Cap. The merger has been approved by the relevant authorities and will take effect on October 14, 2026.

As a result of the merger, the shareholders in DNB Fund Brighter Future will receive shares in DNB Fund Asian Mid Cap based on an exchange ratio calculated on the merger date. The fund's assets and liabilities will simultaneously be transferred to the receiving fund.

In order to carry out the merger, it will not be possible to subscribe, redeem, or convert shares in the affected funds for a limited period before the merger date.
