Reduced management fees and removal of performance fees on selected share classes

Effective from 1 April 2023, DNB Asset Management S.A. is applying the following changes:

REDUCED MANAGEMENT FEE

Management fees are reduced from 0.85% to 0.80% for Retail A (N) share classes with Euro (EUR) as a currency for following sub-funds:

DNB Fund – Nordic Small Cap
DNB Fund – Disruptive Opportunities

REMOVAL OF PERFORMANCE FEE

Performance fees are no longer be levied on Retail A (N) share classes with Norwegian Krone (NOK) as a currency for following sub-funds:

DNB Fund – India
DNB Fund – Nordic Small Cap
DNB Fund – Disruptive Opportunities
