September 2025 Notice to Shareholders – Material Changes

The Board of Directors of DNB Fund has approved amendments to the Fund’s prospectus, effective 29 September 2025. These include material changes such as:

- the upgrade of certain sub-funds, including DNB Fund – Stable Alpha (formerly Multi Asset), under SFDR,

- updates to investment limits and strategy classifications, and

- revised characteristics of share classes.

In addition, several non-material changes have been introduced, including updated fee terminology, denomination changes for selected sub-funds, and clarifications to existing disclosures.
