Fusione tra DNB Fund Future Waves e DNB Fund Disruptive Opportunities

The board of DNB Fund SICAV has decided to carry out a merger in which DNB Fund Future Waves will merge into DNB Fund Disruptive Opportunities. The merger has been approved by the relevant authorities and will take effect on October 14, 2026.

As a result of the merger, the shareholders of DNB Fund Future Waves will receive shares in DNB Fund Disruptive Opportunities based on an exchange ratio calculated on the merger date. The assets and liabilities of the fund will simultaneously be transferred to the receiving fund.

To carry out the merger, it will not be possible to subscribe, redeem, or convert shares in the affected funds for a limited period before the merger date. Il consiglio di DNB Fund SICAV ha deciso di effettuare una fusione in cui DNB Fund Future Waves si fonderà in DNB Fund Disruptive Opportunities. La fusione è stata approvata dalle autorità competenti e avrà effetto il 14 ottobre 2026.

A seguito della fusione, gli azionisti di DNB Fund Future Waves riceveranno azioni di DNB Fund Disruptive Opportunities basate su un rapporto di cambio calcolato alla data della fusione. Gli attivi e i passivi del fondo saranno contemporaneamente trasferiti al fondo ricevente.
