This is marketing material. Past performance is not a guarantee of future returns. Returns may be negative due to falling market values.
Future returns will depend, among other things, on market developments, the manager’s skill, the fund’s risk profile, and associated costs. Before investing, customers are advised to review the fund’s key information and prospectus, which contain more detailed information about the fund’s characteristics and costs. Note: Investing in the fund means acquiring units in the fund, not the underlying investments.
Headwinds for our Nordic funds – what lies ahead of us?
The Nordic stock markets have gone through a challenging period. Swedish exports, which dominate both DNB Nordic Equities and DNB Nordic Small Cap, have been severely affected by punitive tariffs and high energy prices following the situation in Iran.
At the same time, the Nordic countries still embody many of the qualities that have historically made the region attractive: high competence, political stability, solid economy, and strong global niches in industry and technology.
The Nordics are often referred to as "the world in miniature", and in a European context, we still see good structural advantages – from deliveries to European industry to broad technology exposure without American concentration risk.
In the webinar, we will take a closer look at what has weighed down returns, how the funds are positioned now, and what factors may influence future developments.
You will meet portfolio manager Hans-Marius Lee Ludvigsen and moderator Jorgen Mork.
